Like many of my clients, I know what it’s like to live with pain, tension, and chronic stress that won’t let up—whether from sitting too long, old injuries, demanding work, or daily stressors that tighten your body and wear you down.

At 29, after a severe whiplash injury and years of stress left me unable to sit at a computer for more than 30 minutes without intense pain, I was determined to find a solution that actually worked. Rolfing® Structural Integration and a specialized style of Restorative Yoga changed everything. With consistent work, I resolved joint pain, relieved stress, restored healthy posture, and felt stronger and more at ease than I had in years.

The journey taught me something essential: pain and stress don’t have to be permanent. When you look beyond symptoms and take a holistic approach—one that addresses posture, stress, and movement as a system—you open the door to real, lasting relief.

I’m the only Certified Rolfer® (Dr. Ida Rolf Institute) North of Encinitas, trained Restorative Yoga teacher (2016), former U.S. Army Ranger (2009-2014) - and I’ve built a reputation for helping people in Carlsbad and North County San Diego finally break free from pain and tension. 

My work blends expert hands-on bodywork, targeted movement, a specialized style of yoga and supportive coaching that go beyond surface level relief, to help clients create meaningful, lasting change.

In addition to my hands-on work, my background as a Relationship Coach at The Relationship School® allows me to hold space for your emotional healing — so you feel seen, supported, and safe to unwind at every level.

My mission is simple: to help people — especially those stuck in chronic pain and tension — reclaim ease, mobility, and strength in their bodies. Rolfing Sessions

Rolfing® is at the heart of my work - a precise, hands-on method that releases tension held deep in your fascia, the connective tissue that gives your body its shape and structure. I combine skilled pressure with guided movement to break up adhesions, restore natural fluidity, and relieve long-held pain. Clients often describe the difference as life-changing  because it doesn’t just loosen tight spots; it helps your entire body work better as a whole.

Alignment-based Restorative Yoga

This isn’t ordinary Restorative Yoga. My method uses gentle but focused joint and bone pressure to reshape fascia, ligaments, and even joints over time, creating deep, lasting change. It’s a powerful tool for unwinding stress, freeing stuck patterns, and supporting healing in even the most stubborn cases. By integrating it into your plan, we accelerate the release of restrictions and help you reclaim natural alignment, ease, and well-being.

Targeted Strength & Stability

You’ll learn simple, customized exercises that wake up muscles that have gone offline - especially the deep stabilizers of your spine, hips, and lower body. These movements aren’t about getting stronger for strength’s sake. They’re about building the kind of stability and balance that lets your body move with less effort, handle stress better, and stay resilient for the long run.
